Pre-drill the holes in the sheets before fixing. The holes should be 8 mm to 10 mm and at least 2 mm larger than the shaft of the screws to allow for expansion and contraction. Ensure that the holes in the high part of the wave. Sometimes it can be easier to put the leaves up and down on the floor and pre-drill. Another tip is to use a stick with a hole in the middle as a guide for the drill.

Suitable screws are available from any suppliers that stock the PVC plastic or polycarbonate roof sheets. If the option is available, the hexagonal head is the most easy to use. Most of the sheets must be fixed at every fourth corrugation and every second corrugation at gutters, ridging and overlaps.
